Raise front axle or rear axle

Remove complete wheel or complete wheels



Clean

Remove any soiling from complete wheel

Balance complete wheel

Print out form for tire inspection

If vibrations are still present despite balanced complete wheel.



Measure radial runout on complete wheel and note down

Maximum radial runout of tire for disk wheel Ø (wheel-and-tire assembly mounted on balancing machine or on vehicle)

Check tire and disk wheel for radial runout

 After checking, mount tire onto disk wheel such (match) that the maximum radial runouts for the tire and disk wheel are offset to each other by 180°.

Enter radial runouts for tire and disk wheel into tire inspection form

For vibration complaints and when the radial runouts for the tire and disk wheel were measured.

Enter radial runouts for complete wheels into tire inspection form

For vibration complaints.

Remove complete wheel from balancing machine



Install

Mount complete wheel or complete wheels

 Mount complete wheels with lowest radial runout onto front axle.
