Detach hydraulic line (4)



 Seal off line end and threaded connection with plugs.

Unscrew union nut (5) and separate electrical plug connection

Mark installed position of shift cylinder (3)

Remove shift cylinder (3)



Install

Set mounting bore (6) for shift sleeve in the center of the opening in the axle tube

Slacken and retighten pressure switch (2)

 Initial torque

Install shift cylinder (3)



 Installation: When installing the old cylindrical actuator, without replacing parts of the differential lock, install cylindrical actuator in the installation position marked previously .

Install new gasket (1).

Install and adjust shift cylinder (3)

 Installation: In the case of a new cylindrical actuator or if parts of the differential lock have been replaced.

Install new gasket (1).
