Remove/install anti-roll bar on rear axle

Remove

1

Detach link rods (7) from longitudinal frame member

Unbolt attachment of bearing shell (5) at axle supporting tube

Remove stabilizer bar (1) with bearing shell

4

Detach link rods (7) from stabilizer bar (1)

 Check rubber mount and replace if necessary

Remove rubber mount from link rod and rear axle stabilizer bar.

Install

Mount link rods (7) on longitudinal frame member

 Only fit on screwed connection, do not tighten.

Attach stabilizer (1) with rubber mount (4) and bearing shell (5) at rear axle

 Only fit on screwed connection, do not tighten.

Mount link rods (7) on stabilizer bar (1)

 Only fit on screwed connection, do not tighten.

Center stabilizer (1)

Tighten screwed connection of connecting rods at longitudinal frame member and at stabilizer



Tighten screwed connection of bearing shell (5) at axle supporting tube
