16 | Install the bearing (16) and retaining ring (17) | Use an appropriated assembly pin. | |
If necessary, check the contact marks between ring gear teeth and pinion, this bearing should be removed. | |||

17 | Install the tapered roller bearing (14) | Use an appropriate assembly pin. | |
18 | Install the spacer ring (8) | Initially use the recommended thickness. | |
