Detach link rod or connecting linkage (7) on level control lever (arrows)

Detach link rod for level controller/ torsion bar at the ball joint connection

Detach stabilizer bar link rod from stabilizer bar

 Model 202, 208

Press torsion bar upwards

 Better access to the oil drain screw of the level controller (3p).

Connect oil drain hose (061) to oil drain screw (3p) on level controller (3)

Model 140, 210, 203.2 on connection "S2"
Model 202, 208 on connection "A"

Depressurize the hydraulic system completely before starting any work on the system. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.

Open oil drain screw (3p) slowly and collect the oil in a clean container

The oil which has been collected can be reused.

Close oil drain screw (3p) again



Pour oil into the oil reservoir (2)

 Only reuse clean oil

Press level controller lever into "Filling" position (F)

Danger!

Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

Start the engine, allow to run at moderate speed for approx. 60 seconds

The system bleeds itself automatically.
 Installation Ensure that there is sufficient oil in the oil reservoir. The pump must never draw in air under any circumstances.

Turn off engine

Press level controller lever (arrow) into "Drain" position (L)

 The level controller lever must remain in this position for 60 seconds

Attach link rod or connecting linkage (7) to level controller lever (arrows)

Model 140, 202, 208, 210

Replace self-locking bolts and nuts.

Attach link rod of level controller/ torsion bar to ball joint connection

Model 203.2

Position the vehicle on its wheels and rock the vehicle firmly several times to settle the suspension

 The vehicle level adjusts itself.

Check/correct oil level in oil reservoir
