Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted

Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut.

Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes.

Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.

Detach clamping jaws (1) on hydraulic lines

Disconnect connector plug (6) from solenoid valve of shift cylinder (7)

Detach compressed air line from compressed air connection (8) of solenoid valve

Detach hydraulic lines (3) from shift cylinder (7)

Collect escaping brake fluid.

Detach shift cylinder (7)

Installation: Use new self-locking nut on bolt (10).

Installation: When attaching with bolt M12 the bushings in the fastening eye of the gear cylinder must be drilled to a diameter of 12.5 mm.

Secure bolt (9) with locking agent.
