Risk of contusions and limbs being jammed when cab being tilted back. | Do not enter the tilting radius of the cab when tilting forwards and back, and screen off danger area to prevent unauthorized access. Always tilt the cab to the end position. | |

2 | Remove bottom sound-proofing capsule | 4 quick-locks | |
3 | Remove exhaust pipes (1, 3). | ||
4 | Detach propeller shaft (10) at output flange and attach at the side. | | |
5 | Remove compressed-air line (17) to compressor. | Installation: Check compressed-air line (17) for leaks. | |
6 | Detach clutch slave cylinder (15) at transmission and attach at the side with hydraulic line connected. | ||
7 | Detach ball head (20, 24) of the shift rod at transmission. | ||
8 | Unplug connectors (25, 26 and 28). | Installation: Attach tamper-proof seal to connector of speed sensor (B20). | |
9 | Raise engine at the rear lifting eyes (19) until the transmission bearing (7) is relieved. | Use a suitable lifting equipment. | |
10 | Take off transmission carrier (4) at transmission. | | |
11 | Take off transmission bearing (7) at frame. | ||
12 | Detach transmission at engine | Ensure that no electric cables and pneumatic lines are damaged. | |
Installation: Lubricate splined shaft profile of input shaft with long-term grease. | |||

14 | Adjust gearshift system | ||
15 | Shift through gears of transmission | If shift problems exist | |
Repeat adjustment procedure. | |||
