Risk of poisoning from swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury from skin and eye contact with brake fluid

Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.

Detach the hydraulic line from the connection pipe (10) and fully bleed the clutch drive system

Transmission removal

Remove the clutch bearing (2), the plastic spring support cover (4) and the spring (5)

 Push the clutch bearing (2) towards the transmission and remove the elastic ring (3), installed on the guide bushing of the central clutch drive device (1).

Remove the bleeding pipe (9) and the connection pipe (10)

 Installation: Replace the sealing rings (8) and the protection rings (7).

 .Attachment of the tube in the clutch central drive device.

Remove the clutch central drive device (1)


Remove excessive grease.
Otherwise, there is a risk of contaminating the clutch lining.

 Tighten the bolts (6) alternately and gradually.

 Slightly grease the drive shaft.

Check the conditions of the clutch bearing (2) and clutch central drive device (1)

In case of identifiable wear or faulty operation of the clutch bearing and/or clutch central drive system:



Replace the clutch central drive device repair.

Check the clutch actuation system fluid for contamination

 Hanging pedals set with single rack.

In the case of contamination, conveniently flush the actuation system and change the fluid.



Check also the conditions of the master cylinder.

If necessary, remove it and repair it

Install in reverse order

Supply and bleed the clutch actuation system
