1 | Remove radiator unit | ||
2 | Remove the bracket of the top charge air pipe (1) | ||
3 | Remove the bracket of the bottom charge air pipe (2) | ||
4 | Detach the bracket of the return pipe (4) from the radiator | ||
5 | Take return flow pipe (3) off intermediate piece (5) | Collect hydraulic oil which flows out in a suitable vessel. | |
Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and install new sealing rings. | |||
6 | Detach the retaining frame (6) of the radiator | ||
7 | Remove the retaining frame (6) of the radiator | ||
8 | Unbolt hydraulic motor (7) at retaining frame (6) | ||
9 | Unscrew the fastening nut of the fan (8) at the shaft of the hydraulic motor | ||
10 | Detach the fan (8) from the hydraulic motor (7) | Pull away the hydraulic motor (7) backwards until the fan hub (9) lies against the retaining frame (6). Use a plastic mallet to strike the tapered motor shaft with light blows in order to separate the connection. | |
11 | Install in the reverse order |
