Remove/Install

Remove radiator unit

Remove the bracket of the top charge air pipe (1)

Remove the bracket of the bottom charge air pipe (2)

Detach the bracket of the return pipe (4) from the radiator

Take return flow pipe (3) off intermediate piece (5)

Collect hydraulic oil which flows out in a suitable vessel.

Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and install new sealing rings.

Detach the retaining frame (6) of the radiator

Remove the retaining frame (6) of the radiator

Unbolt hydraulic motor (7) at retaining frame (6)

Unscrew the fastening nut of the fan (8) at the shaft of the hydraulic motor

Detach the fan (8) from the hydraulic motor (7)

Pull away the hydraulic motor (7) backwards until the fan hub (9) lies against the retaining frame (6). Use a plastic mallet to strike the tapered motor shaft with light blows in order to separate the connection.

Install in the reverse order
