Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Drain the coolant from the radiator

Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted

Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure it with the safety strut.

Remove the turbocharger air hoses (4, 5)

 Installation: The red (4) and black (5) air hoses of turbocharger should not be confused.

Remove the upper coolant hoses on the cooler (1)

 Remove the upper coolant hoses from the cooler (1) and install at the coolant expansion reservoir (3).

Remove the fastening nuts of the cooler mounting bracket (10) and remove the mounting bracket

 Installation: Pay attention to the installation position of the mounting bracket.

Press the cooler (1) forward

 Do not damage the lines and components.

Press down on the tensioning roller of the tensioning device

Damage profiles for a poly-V belt

 Lock using a suitable pin and remove the ribbed belt (7) from the tensioning roller of the tensioning device.

Check the conditions of the ribbed belt (7); if necessary,



replace it.

Remove the fan clutch (9) from the coolant pump pulley (8)

 Lock the coolant pump pulley (8) using a proper tool.

Remove the fan (6) with the coupling (9)

Remove the fan coupling (9) from the fan (6)

 Only upon replacement of the fan coupling (9) or the fan (6).
