 Inspect condition of coolant hoses and hose clamps, replace if necessary.

 Installation:

Insert mounting studs of radiator into rubber grommets (21) of lower cross member when installing.

 Installation, model 140:

For a new radiator

Adjust radiator to radiator crossmember

Attach guard plate (10) for radiator / condenser

if AC (code 580, 581) fitted

 additionally attach AC condenser in vehicle.



Install in the reverse order
