Open engine hood and move to vertical position

Remove underride guard

Danger!

Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove fan shroud

Loosen coolant feed (1) and return hose (2) on radiator

Loosen A/T oil lines (3) and (4) on cooler

 Close automatic oil lines.

Remove mounting bolts for charge air cooler condenser assembly on radiator (6)



Remove upper mounting bolts for radiator(7) on the left and right



 Radiator mounting bar on radiator crossmember.

Remove nuts, rubber bumper (8) to frame console



Remove rubber bumper (8) on radiator



Detach coolant overflow hose (5) on radiator

Remove cooler upwards

Install in the reverse order

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

Engine cooling system - inspect fluid level, adjust to correct level
