Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles.

Detach coolant hose from housing cover of coolant thermostat (1)

Take off tensioning pulley (2)

The bolt attaching the tensioning pulley is concealed by a plastic cover.

Take off belt pulley (3)

Take coolant pump (4) off the crankcase

Clean the sealing surface and replace gasket.

Installation: Fix gasket in position with a little grease.

The coolant pump is attached with 9 hexagon bolts.

Installation: Pay attention to the different lengths of the bolts.
