Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab during tilting. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.

Installation: Pour in coolant, refer to Maintenance Instructions .

Separate connector of engine wiring harness (1) at coolant thermostat sensor (B65)

Remove coolant return pipe exhaust gas recirculation

Detach coolant hoses (2, 3) at coolant thermostat housing (4)

Remove screw (5) from ventilation line bracket

Remove screw (6) from ventilation line bracket

Remove bolts (7)

Remove coolant temperature controller housing (4) from cylinder head and the coolant pump

Clean sealing surfaces on the cylinder head and on the coolant temperature thermostat housing (4).

Installation: Replace connection fitting (8) and gasket (9).

Install in the reverse order

Check coolant level and correct if necessary
