Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted

Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure it with the safety strut.

Raise front-end flap and secure

See Service Instructions

Move selector lever (2) of hydraulic pump (1) to "Lift" position


Pay attention to loose objects in cab.
Otherwise the windshield can be damaged.

Move selector lever (2) to "Lower" position.

Install tool (SW 30) on hydraulic pump (1) and pump up cab

The vehicle lock is unlocked by the hydraulic pump (1). Pump up cab to end stop.

Actuate hydraulic pump (1) until cab is positioned forward to the front of the vehicle and a strong resistance is felt.

Install safety support (3) on piston rod

Observe installation position of safety strut, see adhesive label.

5

Lower in reverse sequence

Ensure sufficient unobstructed movement of lines, hoses, etc.
