Danger!

Risk of injury caused by body parts being jammed and crushed when tilting cab

Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab during tilting. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut.

Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.

Drain and collect coolant

Installation: Pour in the coolant; refer to maintenance instructions .

Detach the coolant hose (1) at the coolant thermostat housing cover (2)

Collect coolant which flows out

Remove screws (3)

Remove the coolant thermostat housing cover (2)

Installation: install new O-rings (5).

Remove both the coolant thermostats (4)

Installation: Pay attention to the installation position of the coolant thermostats (4).

Test coolant thermostat (4)

Install in the reverse order

Check coolant level and correct if necessary

Refer to the maintenance instructions .
