Do not crank the starter motor before the oil circuit is fully replenished,



otherwise, the engine can be damaged.

Remove oil sump

Remove the guide tube of the oil dipstick (7), the bracket (8) and the suction tube (9)

 Installation: Install the guide tube of the oil dipstick without tension (7), the bracket (8) and the suction tube (9).

Remove the oil pump (1)

Install the guide bushing (13) on the crankshaft flange (5). When mounting, do not damage the radial seal (10). Turn the oil pump drive gear (14) until it aligns with the oil pump drive gear (6) in the crankshaft (5).

Remove the radial seal (10)

 Installation: Shim the oil pump (1) with a support base (12) and install the dry radial seal (10) by pressing it evenly in the axial direction. The depth (A) of the radial seal is determined by the mandrel (11).

Check crankshaft front (5) for scratches

If there is a marked risk in the crankshaft (5) produced by the radial seal (10).



Replace the crankshaft.

Replace the O-Ring (2) in the linkage (4)

In case of irregularities, remove the oil pump drive (14), disassemble it and check it for wear

In case of wear is found on the oil pump housing, oil pump drive (14), outer rotor (14.1) or inner rotor (14.2),

Replace the oil pump
