Bolt, oil cooler line double hose clamp to bracket

Remove/install

Disconnect ground lines from batteries

Remove bottom engine compartment paneling

Unscrew bolts (1) from bracket (2)

Remove double hose clamp (3) from bracket (4)



Release plug (5) and disconnect.

Detach cap (6), unscrew nut (7) and remove electrical line (8) from alternator (G2)



Unscrew lower bolts (9) for alternator (G2)



Remove the front engine cover and the right intake air duct

Remove the air shutoff valve (10)

Remove poly-V-belt

Remove Hall sensor (B6/7) and place to one side with electrical line connected

Remove upper bolts (11) on alternator (G2) and remove alternator (G2) from the top



Install in the reverse order
