1 | Remove bottom charge air pipe (10) | ||
2 | Remove screws (36) | ||
3 | Take off clamp (33) | ||
4 | Raise vehicle. | ||
5 | Detach charge air intake pipe (11) from bracket (29) | ||
6 | Detach charge air hose (30) from charge air intake pipe (11) | | |

7 | Remove charge air intake pipe (11) from charge air cooler connecting pipe (34) | Installation: Check for correct seating of the flange on the charge air intake pipe (11) to the charge air cooler (34) otherwise damage can occur. | |
Installation: Replace O-ring in flange for charge air intake pipe (11). | |||
8 | Install in reverse order | ||

9 | Check for damage on charge air hose (30), lower charge air pipe (10) and charge air intake pipe (11) and also check for leaks |
