1 | Remove engine compartment paneling | Only remove the engine compartment paneling in the area of the charge air cooler (3). | |
2 | Open lower maintenance flap at the right rear on the vehicle | ||
3 | Take off clamp (1) | Installation: Check for correct seating of the flange (2) to the charge air cooler (3) otherwise the charge air cooler (3) can be damaged. | |
Installation: Replace O-ring in flange (2). | |||
4 | Remove clamps (4) | | |

5 | Unscrew bolts (7) and remove charge air pipe (5) | Suspend foam (6) at the side. | |
6 | Install in reverse order |
