Removing, installing

Remove the manual gearbox

Remove the clutch

Install the retaining lock for the crankshaft/starter ring

 use screws M6X90, as otherwise the threads of the rear sealing cover would be damaged

Unscrew Torx screws (1)



 Installation: Replace the Torx screws (1). If there is not a goniometric wrench available, the Torx screws (1) can still be turned in one single operation with the established angle, by means of an open-end wrench or T-wrench (6).
 In order to avoid angle errors for the grip in function of the angle degrees a flexible arm dynamometric wrench must not be used.

Take the inertia wheel (4) out of the manual gearbox or the clutch drive plate (5) and disc (2) out of the automatic gearbox.

 The cylindrical shank (3) centres the inertia wheel (4) of the clutch drive plate (5).
The inertia wheel (4) and the clutch drive plate (56) are balanced individually and can be replaced without balancing.
