5 | Heat-up the new ring gear (2). | Heat-up the new ring gear (2) until it reaches the recommended installation temperature. The heating is not to be carried out with a welding torch. | |
6 | Install the new ring gear (1) on the flywheel (2) | For the perfect seating of the ring gear, utilize a copper dowel or a press with appropriate bases. | |
