 	Remove/install
1	Remove engine.	 See information from body manufacturer.
2	Attach engine to an engine assembly stand.	 Use appropriate angle bracket.
3	Remove starter (10).	 Bolt connecting starter to timing case	*BA15.30-N-1004-01L
4	Remove oil pan (4).		AR01.45-G-7500DD
5	Remove flywheel (5).	Only when a flywheel (5) is installed.
			AR03.30-G-8002DD
6	Remove cap (6).	Only if fitted.
7	Remove rear engine power take-off (8).	Only if fitted.
8	Remove oil line (9).	Only if fitted.
9	Remove bracket (3) from the timing case (1).
10	Remove electrical wiring harness (2) from the timing case (1).
11	Remove radial shaft sealing ring (7).		AR03.20-G-3064DD
		 Installation: First, install radial shaft sealing ring (7) if the timing case (1) is attached to the crankcase.
12	Remove the timing case (1).	 Loosen timing case (1) using a plastic mallet.
		 Bolt, timing case to crankcase	*BA01.60-N-1001-01I
13	Change detachable parts on the timing case (1).	Only when replacing timing case (1).
	Clean
14	Clean sealing surfaces.	 Installation: Apply sealing mass.
		Sealant Loctite 574, 50 ml	*BR00.45-Z-1009-01A
	Check
15	Check the timing case (1) for damage.	If the timing case (1) is damaged,
		
		Replace timing case (1).
16	Install in the reverse order
