2	Remove charge air manifold		AR09.41-W-8681B
3	Remove charge air pipe	Only for engine 542.9.	AR09.41-W-1311B
4	Drain coolant partially		AR20.00-W-1142A
5	Remove both coolant lines (6) on compressor and cylinder crankcase	 Collect coolant that flows out

7	Remove constant throttle line (2) on both sides		*BA01.50-N-1002-01A

8	Pull out TDC sensor for cylinder 1 (B16) at crankcase	 Installation: Replace sealing ring (9), press in the locking bush (8) and the TDC sensor for cylinder 1 (B16) all the way to the backstop.
9	Remove electrical line for top dead center sensor for cylinder 1 (B16) on timing case cover (1)
10	Detach crankcase ventilation hose (3) at crankcase ventilation (oil separator)
11	Remove timing case cover (1)	 Installation: Coat separating points at timing case and crankcase with sealing mass. Replace full face gasket (4.1) or profiled seal (4.2) and observe installation position.	*BR00.45-Z-1024-01A
		Observe tightening procedure for timing case cover (1).	AR01.40-W-8000-02A
