3 | Relieve poly-V belt and remove from belt pulley of A/C compressor (4) | ||

Do not remove poly-V-belt. | |||
4 | Remove screws/bolts (1) and remove the retaining clamps for the refrigerant lines (2) from the bracket (3) | ||
5 | Remove bracket (3) | ||
6 | Disconnect electrical connector for magnetic clutch of A/C compressor (4) | Installation: Replace cable tie. | |
7 | Remove screws/bolts (5) from A/C compressor (4) | Screw/bolt, A/C compressor to carrier | |
8 | Remove A/C compressor (4) with connected refrigerant lines (2) | Fasten A/C compressor (4) using wire to a suitable position. | |
9 | Remove screws/bolts (6) and remove carrier (7) | With regard to return shipment or scrapping of removed parts, please observe the information in your warranty system. | |
Installation: Install new carrier (7) using new screws/bolts (6). | |||
