Evaluations have shown that frequently, after a defective battery is replaced, the second battery also has to be replaced because of insufficient battery power consumption.
The replacement of only one battery often results in an "emergency service" with starting assistance. Therefore, when replacing a defective battery, the second battery should also be replaced.
This in turn ensures that both batteries have the same aging, capacity and internal resistance.
