Fuel, oil and AdBlue® specimens
A fuel, oil and AdBlue® specimen absolutely must be provided for each exhaust gas aftertreatment unit that is sent off for inspection after removal, which may occur as part of a guarantee, goodwill or service agreement. This is the only way that a conclusive or precise inspection can be guaranteed.
The inclusion of these specimens is a condition for guarantee, goodwill or service agreement claims.
Cost Settlement
The costs for the necessary specimen containers can be settled via the guarantee, goodwill or service agreement by claiming under ancillary costs.
