Please remember that the customer service requires the parameter data from the exhaust aftertreatment (ACM) control unit in case of support queries regarding exhaust aftertreatment (ACM) control unit via a TIPS case.
If these data are requested by the customer service, the corresponding file must first be read out from the exhaust aftertreatment (ACM) control unit and must be enclosed with the appropriate TIPS case as a file attachment.
