Due to recent events we would like to notify you of the following with regard to the above-mentioned vehicles:
Until further notice, where a problem arises on major assemblies (engine, transmission, transfer case as well as front and rear axle), inspections or repairs may not be conducted under warranty and/or goodwill that require opening or disassembling of the major assembly.
For every complaint concerning major assemblies during the guarantee and goodwill period, a Xentry TIPS case must be created and further procedures agreed.
