| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove ground line of battery. | ||
2 | Remove respective lower C-pillar trim. | ||
3 | Remove nut (1). | ||

Nut, acceleration sensor to C-pillar | |||
4 | Remove left C-pillar body acceleration sensor (B164/2) or right C-pillar body acceleration sensor (B164/3) from C-pillar and disconnect electrical connector (3). | ||
5 | Install in the reverse order. | ||

6 | Check Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) using vehicle diagnosis system. | If left C-pillar body acceleration sensor (B164/2) or right C-pillar body acceleration sensor (B164/3) was replaced. | |
