Danger! | Risk of injury from being pinched and squeezed when tilting cab | Do not enter the tilting radius of the cab when tilting forwards and back, and screen off danger area to prevent unauthorized access. Always tilt the cab to the end position. | |

1 | Disconnect ground lead from battery | Do not interrupt main battery current in heater mode or in the run-on phase. | |

5 | Remove sound deadener (1) | ||

Danger! | Risk of explosion caused by fuel vapors igniting, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling combustible gases and risk of injury caused by burns during and after operation of heater unit | Do not operate stationary heater, auxiliary heater or engine with heater booster in closed areas or when refueling. Allow heater unit to cool down after operation and wear protective gloves. | |
7 | Detach muffler (9) | Installation: Tighten hex nut (2) on exhaust pipe for final time. | |
8 | Detach exhaust pipe (3) | Installation: Position exhaust pipe and just bolt on hex nut (2) loosely to begin with. | |
9 | Lower cab | ||
10 | Separate electrical connector (11) on heater | ||
11 | Fold back left floor mat and unscrew hex bolts (12) at flange of heater | | |
12 | Lift heater upward until Phillips screw on hose clamp (14) becomes accessible | Installation: Replace sealing profile. | |
13 | Remove hose clamp (14) and pull out fuel line (4) downward | ||
14 | Install in the reverse order |
