Remove engine cover(2)

Slacken off poly-V-belt and remove from belt pulley of refrigerant compressor (11)

Disconnect electrical connector (6)

Remove screw/bolt (7) remove high-pressure line (8) and seal openings

 Record plug

Remove screw/bolt (9) remove low-pressure line (10) and seal openings

 Record plug

Remove screws/bolts (3, 4, 5)

Remove refrigerant compressor (11) upwards out of the engine compartment


Carefully remove refrigerant compressor (11).
Otherwise, adjacent components or the refrigerant compressor (11) may be damaged.

 Helper required.



Install

Position refrigerant compressor (11) in engine compartment


Carefully insert refrigerant compressor (11).
Otherwise, adjacent components or the refrigerant compressor (11) may be damaged.

 Helper required.

Screw in screws/bolts (3, 4, 5)

Remove the stop plugs, attach low-pressure line (10) and screw in screw/bolt (9)

 Replace sealing ring of low-pressure line (10).

Remove the stop plugs, attach high-pressure line (8) and screw in screw/bolt (7)

 Replace sealing ring of high pressure line (8).
