Remove/install

Remove left or right front fender

Ensure that the front door (2) is closed completely


Do not open the front door (2) at all during the entire work procedure.
Otherwise, the hinge (1), which remains on the vehicle, can be damaged or the adjustment of the front door (2) can change.

Unscrew nuts (3)

 Nut, hinge to front door

Remove bolt s (4)

 Bolt, hinge to A-pillar

*BA72.10-N-1004-01P

Detach top or bottom hinge (1) from front door (2) and A-pillar and remove

Install in the reverse order

Touch up paint damage on nuts (3) and screws (4) of the top and bottom hinges (1)



Check

Perform function test of hinges (1)
