 	Remove/install
 Danger!	Risk of injury to skin or eyes caused by hydraulic fluid spraying out under high pressure. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing hydraulic fluid	Depressurize hydraulic system completely before starting any work on system. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS00.00-Z-0013-01A
1	Remove engine trim panel		AR01.10-D-2405WE
2	Remove poly-V belt		AR13.22-D-1202WE
3	Open cap (4) and suction off hydraulic fluid from expansion reservoir (3)	 Hand pump	*210589007100
4	Release clamps (5) on expansion reservoir (3) and remove vacuum lines (10) from holders on expansion reservoir (3)
5	Remove bolt (7) from power steering pump bracket (6)		*BA46.30-N-1020-01A
6	Unscrew high-pressure hose (8) from power steering pump (1)	 Collect escaping hydraulic fluid using rags and seal connection with suitable  stop plugs.
		 Installation: Replace O-rings. Check high-pressure hose (8) for signs of damage, replace if necessary.

		 Set of stop plugs	*129589009100
7	Detach return hose (9) from expansion reservoir (3)	 Collect escaping hydraulic fluid using rags and seal connection with suitable  stop plugs.
		 Installation: Check return hose (9) and hose clamp for signs of damage and replace if necessary.

8	Unscrew bolts (2) and remove power steering pump (1)		*BA46.30-N-1001-01A
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Fill power steering pump and bleed		AR46.30-S-0010S

Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. 11	Perform engine test run and check power steering pump (1) for leaks
