Risk of injury to skin or eyes caused by hydraulic fluid spraying out under high pressure. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing hydraulic fluid

Depressurize the hydraulic system completely before starting any work on the system. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove poly-V belt from power steering pump belt pulley (1)

Open cap on power steering pump expansion reservoir (2) and suction off steering gear oil with hand pump



Loosen clamp and detach hydraulic hose (3) at power steering pump (1)

 Seal openings using stop plugs.



Detach high-pressure expansion hose (4) from power steering pump (1)

 Seal openings using stop plugs. Use suitable vessel to collect escaped steering gear oil.



Unscrew bolts (5) and remove power steering pump (1)



Install in the reverse order

Fill and bleed power steering pump (1)
