| Remove/install | ||
1 | Use the right multifunction control lever to set the retarder control to the "0" position | ||
2 | Switch off ignition | ||
3 | Remove soundproofing | ||
4 | Unscrew bolts (2, 3) | Bolt, heat shield to stator/bracket | |
5 | Remove heat shield (1) from bracket (4) and stator (5) and remove upwards | Lead heat shield (1) past the rotor (6) when removing. | |
6 | Install in the reverse order |
