1 | Remove discharge pipe (11), screws (10), lower cover (9), gasket (8), valve guide (6), spring (5), spring seat (4), valve (2), valve guide (42), spring (41) and valve (39). | ||
2 | Remove: O-ring (3) from valve (2), O-ring (43) from valve guide (42) and O-ring (40) from valve (39). | ||
3 | Remove the pins (33), remove the handle (34) and the complete cover (32). | ||
4 | Secure in the vise and install the valve. | Install the valve in the vise by attaching it using holders (29). | |
5 | Loosen screws (31) and remove the body (1). | Set the cam lever to intermediate position. | |
6 | Remove spring (12), plunger (38), spring (37), bushing (36) and O-ring (35) from the body (1). | ||
7 | Remove plunger (18) from cover (21) and from the latter, remove the plunger (18) and the spring assembly (17). | Some valves may feature regulating shims between the spring and the spring assembly guide (17). Keep the original shims. | |
8 | Remove the plunger (13), the O-ring (14) and the screw (15) with the self-locking nut (16). | Do not remove the jam nut (16) from the screw (15), this will not change the adjustment. | |
9 | Remove the screws (31), the positioning plate (30), the rod (25) and the cover (20). | Do not remove the holder (24) nor the bushing (21) from the cover (20). Remove only O-rings (22) and (23). | |
10 | Open the vise and remove the holders (29) and the torsion springs (27) and (28) from complete cam (26) | ||

11 | Clean the components and check the parts for wear | Use a suitable product to clean plastic and rubber components, otherwise these components can be damaged. | |

12 | Mount the spring seat (4) and the O-ring (3) onto the valve (2). | ||
13 | Mount the O-ring (7) onto the valve guide (6). | ||
14 | Mount O-ring (40) onto the valve (39) and O-ring (43) onto the valve guide (42). | ||
15 | Mount valve (2), spring (5), valve guide (6), valve (39), spring (41) and valve guide (42) onto the body (1). | ||
16 | Fit the discharge pipe (11) onto the cover (9), gasket (8), cover (9) and install screws (10). | Tighten screws (10) with the specified torque. | |

17 | Mount O-ring (14) and screw (15) with self-locking nut (16) onto the plunger (13). | ||
18 | Mount O-ring (35), spring seat (36), spring (37) and plunger (38) on the body (1). | ||
19 | Mount the spring assembly (17) and the plunger assembly (13) onto the plunger (18). | ||
20 | Mount the spring (12) onto the body (1). | ||
21 | Mount O-rings (22) and (23) onto the holder (24) mounted on the cover (20). | ||
22 | Mount torsion springs (27) and (28) and holders (29) onto the complete cam (26). | Left and right torsion springs (27) and (28) and holders (29) are not side-numbered, however, pay attention so that the spring fits perfectly to the complete cam (26) and holders (29). | |
23 | Mount the complete cam assembly (26) onto the vise | Mount o complete cam assembly (26) so that the arrow located in the lever direction points out (side of the valve identification plate). Apply torsion to springs (27) and (28) by turning the complete cam (26) with the lever and then lock the lever in the vise. | |
24 | Mount assembly comprised of plungers (18) and (13) on the cover (20), and mount the cover (20) onto the complete cam assembly (26). | When installing the cover (20), check the arrow direction. | |
25 | Mount the rod (25) to the cover (20) so that it is actuated by the cam. | ||
26 | Mount the positioning plate (30) and the screws (31). | ||
27 | Mount the assembly formed by plungers (18) and (13) to body (1) and attach the cam assembly to the valve body. | Tighten screws (31) with the specified torque. | |

28 | Mount cover (32), handle (34) to the lever and attach it with the pins (33). | ||
