1 | Switch off ignition | ||
2 | Remove inner paneling (15) | ||
3 | Disconnect clutch switch connector (16) and stop lamp switch connector (17) | ||
4 | Discharge compressed-air system | ||
5 | Open front flap (13) | ||
6 | Remove front paneling (14) | ||
7 | Disconnect connector (2) and detach coolant expansion tank (1) | ||
8 | Disconnect vent line (8) | ||
9 | Label compressed air lines (4, 5, 6 and 7) according to labeling on service brake valve (3) and remove | Installation: Install new O-rings and note marking. | |
With compressed air connection system "VOSS 230". | |||
With compressed air connection system "VOSS 232" (NG 8, 12) or "SCHÄFER SDF" (NG 6). | |||

10 | Remove bracket (12) of compressed air lines (4, 5, 6 and 7) | ||
11 | Remove pedal unit (10) | ||
12 | Remove service brake valve (3) | Installation: Replace bolts (11). | |

13 | Install in the reverse order | ||
14 | Fill compressed-air system | Run the engine until the service pressure is reached. |
