Remove/install

Unscrew cap from brake fluid reservoir

Remove relative rear wheel

Disconnect left rear brake wear indicator sensor electrical connector (X88/16) or right rear brake wear indicator sensor electrical connector (X88/15)

Remove bolt (3) and remove wear indicator cable (2)

Remove brake hose (4)


Seal line end and connection thread on brake caliper (5) with stop plug each.
Otherwise the brake system may fail due to contamination.

 Installation:
Do not install the brake hose (4) twisted and make sure that it can move freely.
Otherwise, the brake hose (4) may be damaged and the brake system may malfunction.

 Installation: Check the brake hose (4) for cracks and chafe marks.

Replace brake hose(4).

Remove bolts (6) and remove brake caliper (5)

 Installation: Replace screw/bolts (6).

 Bolt, brake caliper support to rear axle tube
