1 | Detach affected complete wheel | ||
2 | Stand complete wheel with valve at bottom | Allow the complete wheel to stand for approx. 10 minutes. | |
3 | Release tire pressure from complete wheel | To do so, unscrew the valve element from the valve. | |
4 | Pull valve out of the disk wheel | Only if a tire sealant container (1) is used. | |
5 | Push valve debris remaining in valve bore of disk wheel into inside of disk wheel | Only if a tire sealant container (1) is used. | |
6 | Replace original hose on tire sealant container (1) with a 400 mm long hose (2) | Only if a tire sealant container (1) is used. | |

To ensure that the TIREFIT tire sealant (3) can drain, hold the tire sealant container (1) at distance dimension (H) lower than the tire contact patch of the complete wheel. | |||

The TIREFIT tire sealant (3) is extracted. If this method is used, approx. 90 % of the TIREFIT tire sealant (3) can be extracted. | |||
10 | Drill through tire tread using a drill bit (Ø 10 mm) and allow TIREFIT tire sealant (3) to flow into a suitable container | Only if no tire sealant container (1) is used. | |
11 | Detach damaged tire | ||
12 | Remove remaining TIREFIT tire sealant (3) using a damp cloth | ||
13 | Attach new tire | ||
