Remove the brake drum

Mechanically lock the differential lock

 For axles provided with differential lock.

Remove the cap (12) and gasket (11)

 In axles with final reduction = 3.167, do not use the cast iron cover.

 Installation: Install a new joint.

Remove the lock ring (10), the compensating washer (9) and the thrust washer (8)

 Installation:
Couple the stop washer (8) so that there is contact with the external stop washers.
In order to prevent the outer stop washers from rotating.

Remove the axle shaft (4) with the adapter (14) and the removal and installation device (15)

Remove the lock ring (7), the planetary gear (6) and the lock ring (5)

Remove the bell hub screws (3) securing the bell hub (2) to the wheel hub

 .Bell type hub fastening bolt to the wheel hub

Remove the bell hub (2) from the wheel hub by pressure

 Mark the position of the bell hub (2) with the wheel hub.

Remove the sealing ring (1)

 Installation: Using a new lubricated sealing ring.

Install in reverse order
