| Remove drive shaft.

| Disassemble/assemble
|

| Remove hose straps (1) from axle boot (2) and push back axle boot (2).
|
|
|
3
| Remove joint piece (4) from drive shaft.
| Press spring lock washer (3) apart and drive joint piece (4) off drive shaft using plastic mallet.

|
|
|
| Assembly: Fill joint piece (4) with lubricant.
|
|
|
|

| Press off cylinder liner (5) using workshop press and assembly plate.
| Commercially available devices/tools

| Installation: Heat cylinder liner to 160 - 180 °C.

| Clean all parts.

| If damage is found,

| Install drive shaft.
