5	Remove lock washer.

7	Pull out drive shaft.	 On vehicles with anti-lock braking system (ABS), do not damage the pulse ring. Otherwise, the anti-lock braking system (ABS) will malfunction.

	Check
9	Check all parts.	If damage is found,
		
		replace damaged parts.
	Install
10	Install drive shaft.	 On vehicles with anti-lock braking system (ABS), do not damage the pulse ring. Otherwise, the anti-lock braking system (ABS) will malfunction.
11	Install inner slotted nut.	 Replace slotted nut.
