1 | Disassemble drive shaft with K2 clutch and front gear set | ||
2 | Remove bearing (11l) | ||
3 | Remove teflon rings (1a) | ||
4 | Remove thrust bearing (2d) | ||
5 | Remove circlip (105s) | ||
6 | Remove end disk (105), disk pack (5) and disk spring (5t) together | ||
7 | Place K2 clutch external plate carrier (11) in lever press. | ||
8 | Fit assembly device on spring cup (11f) | Assembly device | |
9 | Activate lever press and expose groove of retaining ring (105s) | Stop lever press stoke as soon as accessibility to groove is sufficient. Excess force can cause damage. | |
10 | Remove snap ring (11s) | ||
11 | Move back lever press | ||
12 | Remove assembly device and K2 clutch external plate carrier (11) from lever press | Assembly device | |

16 | Check contact surfaces and radial bearing (arrow) for swirl marks and damage. | Check the contact surface and radial bearing (arrow) in the output shaft guide for swirl marks and damage; replace the thrust bearing (2d) and radial bearing if necessary. | |
17 | Check the contact surface and bearing (11l) for swirl marks and damage. | Replace bearing (11l) if necessary. | |
18 | Check clutch pack (5) for scorch marks and wear. | Install new clutch pack (5) if necessary. | |

19 | Install piston (11k) | Replace sealing ring. The rounded edge of the sealing ring must face outwards. | |
20 | Insert disk spring (11t) | Insert the disk spring (11t) in such a way that the curvature of the inner circumference points toward the spring cup (11f). | |
21 | Position spring cup (11f) | Replace sealing ring. The rounded edge of the sealing ring must face outwards. | |
22 | Place K2 clutch external plate carrier (11) in lever press. | ||
23 | Fit assembly device on spring cup (11f) | Assembly device | |
24 | Activate lever press and expose groove of retaining ring (105s) | Position the spring cup (11f) precisely in order to prevent it from tilting. | |
