2 | Remove transmission housing from torque converter housing | ||
| Disassemble | ||
3 | Disassemble the transmission into its main components | ||
4 | Remove retaining ring (15) | ||
5 | Remove clutch pack K1 (B) and disk spring (11) | Check disks for scorch marks and wear and replace if necessary. | |
6 | Remove retaining ring (10), spring cup (8) and disk spring (7) | Clamp spring cup (8) with assembly device until the retaining ring (10) is exposed. | |

7 | Remove piston K1 (6) | For this purpose carefully blow into the bore (A) with compressed air. | |
8 | Remove circlips (2) and freewheel (3) | ||
| Assemble | ||
9 | Check sealing rings (4, 5, 9) and replace if necessary | The rounded off edges of the seal rings (4, 5) must face outwards. | |
10 | Install circlips (2) and freewheel (3) | The arrow on the freewheel (3) must face towards the drive side. | |
11 | Install piston K1 (6) | ||
12 | Install disk spring (7) | The cone must face toward the piston K1 (6). | |
13 | Install spring cup (8) | The curvature must face towards the sun gear. | |
14 | Install retaining ring (10) | Pay attention to correct seating of circlip ( 10). | |

16 | Insert and measure clutch packK1 (B) |
