| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove planetary gear set 2 and multiplate clutch K38 with ring gear. | ||
2 | Remove drive shaft (1). | ||
3 | Remove sealing rings (2, 3). | Installation: | |
Installation: Slide new sealing rings (2, 3) onto sleeve (4). Attach sleeve (4) to drive shaft (1) and carefully remove sealing rings (2, 3) from drive shaft (1). | |||

4 | Check needle bearings (5, 6) for damage. | If damage is visible, | |
| |||
replace corresponding needle bearing (5, 6). | |||
5 | Remove snap ring (7). | ||
6 | Remove planetary gear set 1 (8) with multidisk brake B08 (9). | ||
7 | Remove multidisk brake B08 (9) from planetary gear set 1 (8) and check for damage. | ||
Pliers | |||
If damage is visible, | |||

replace multidisk brake B08 (9). | |||
8 | Remove multiplate clutch K81 (10) and check for damage. | ||
If damage is visible, | |||
| |||
replace multiplate clutch K81 (10). | |||
9 | Install in the reverse order. |
