2 | Remove lubricating pressure ring (99) | Installation: Lubricate lubricating pressure ring and install in the groove so that the ring joint is closed. | |
3 | Remove Teflon ring (167a) from output shaft (167) | ||
4 | Install gear assembly complete with output shaft (167) in mounting device | | |
Clamp mounting device in the vise with the plate upwards and position the gear assembly in the assembling trestle with output shaft in front. | |||
5 | Remove snap ring (3) with a screwdriver | Installation: Press snap ring into groove with a screwdriver after the front gear assembly has been mounted | |
6 | Lift up front planetary gear set (2) and take out thrust bearing (23) | ||
7 | Remove thrust bearing (4) and input shaft (87) | ||
8 | Remove radial bearing (5) and thrust bearing (6) | ||
9 | Remove output shaft with planetary gear set (167) | ||
10 | Remove radial bearing (8), thrust bearing (9) and sun gear (10) | Installation: Place sun gear (10) in the freewheel and rotate The freewheel must lock in the direction of arrow, then mount thrust bearing (9) on the sun gear | |
11 | Remove and check freewheel F2 | Removing corresponds to dismantling | |
