Remove/install

Remove drive shaft (1), planetary gear set 1 (2) with multidisk brake B08 (3).

Remove multiplate clutch K81 (10).

Remove torque converter housing (4) from support fixture (5).

Install pressure device (9) to pistons B08 (6) and push down onto disk spring (8) until snap ring (7) is exposed.

 Check for correct position of pressure device (9).

Remove snap ring (7).

 Installation: Make sure that it is installed at the correct position.

Remove disk spring (8).

 Installation: Make sure that it is installed at the correct position.

Remove piston B08 (6).

 Installation: Make sure that it is installed at the correct position.



Measure

Measure clearance of piston B08 (6) and adjust, if necessary.
