Removing

Move selector lever to position "P"

Remove oil drain screw (9) with sealing ring (10) and drain transmission oil

observe local disposal regulations!

Unscrew hexagon head bolts (7) and remove oil pan (8) with seal (6)

Unscrew Philips-head screws (5) and remove oil filter (2)

Unscrew hexagon head bolts (3, 4) and remove valve body housing (1)

 Do not adjust precision adjustment screw (arrow) on valve body housing:

 The adjustment screw is used for fine adjustment of the control pressure in the wide open throttle range

The adjustment can only be performed in production on the test bench

According to condition:

Install

Mount valve body housing (1) and tighten hexagon head bolts (3, 4)



 Clean all sealing surfaces carefully

During assembly absolute cleanliness is required

Use lint-free rags for cleaning only



Piston for control pressure regulator (A) must be positioned at relay lever (9)

The range selector lever (10) must engage in the driver (arrow) of the index plate

Mount oil filter (2) and tighten Philips-head screws (5)



Mount oil pan (8) with new seal (6) and tighten hexagon head bolts (7)



*BA27.10-P-1002-03A

Tighten oil drain screw (9) with new sealing ring (10)



Fill with automatic transmission fluid


